Returns

Changed your mind? No problem. You can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
We'll send you a prepaid return label by email.
Package the item securely and drop it off at the carrier.
Your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, a small number of items — such as opened pet food or used personal-care products — cannot be returned. These are clearly marked on the product page.
